Job summary

Health Data Movers Inc. is seeking an experienced ASAP Analyst to support design, build, and optimization of Epic's ASAP module for healthcare clients from design through go-live and post-live support.

You will design ED workflows, dashboards, and templates, partner with ED clinicians to gather requirements, and ensure quality through testing and issue resolution. Remote work within the United States is available for this 6–9 month engagement.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience building and supporting Epic ASAP.
Epic ASAP certification (current or eligible for recertification).
Experience with ED tracking boards, dashboards and ED workflows.
Strong communication with ED clinical staff and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and test ED workflows, including tracking boards, dashboards, order sets, and templates.
Partner with ED staff to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build.
Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project.
Provide go-live support and troubleshoot ED workflow issues in real time.
Maintain build documentation and follow client change control processes.
