Rush University Medical Center seeks an experienced Epic Applications Analyst within Rev Cycle & Pt Flow IT Servs to lead and support Epic deployments across departments. The role emphasizes delivery, training, and optimizing Epic workflows to meet clinical and operational needs.

Responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, and coordinating multi-team projects, providing ongoing support, and mentoring junior staff to ensure successful Epic implementations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years of Epic application experience.
• An Associate degree and nine (9) years of Epic application experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s.
• Epic certification(s).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Leads and monitors multiple large-scale Epic projects across departments.
• Performs highly complex designs, configurations, and optimizations for Epic applications.
• Analyzes business needs and functional requirements for Epic workflows.
• Collaborates with end-users and cross-functional teams to achieve clinical needs.
• Configures and maintains Epic modules and related vendor applications.
• Delivers user training and provides post-implementation support.
