Job summary

SolutionHealth is hiring an Epic Application Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic Professional Billing system and related third-party interfaces. Candidates must hold PB Admin or PB Claims certifications and have Epic Build experience.

Role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work across teams. Some travel and an on-call rotation are part of the job. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is considered.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in PB Admin or PB Claims is required.
• Epic build experience is required.
• May need to obtain additional certification within six months if only one credential is held.
• Experience implementing and testing vendor software in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• System build and configure Epic Professional Billing modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure patient safety and workflow efficiency.
• Provide on-call support and maintenance for Epic systems.
• Document and test changes, ensure regulatory and departmental standards.
