Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma seeks an Epic Applications Analyst Level 2 to implement, configure, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications, including the EHR, CDS, and related software.

You will collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and vendors to optimize usability and efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support patient care.

This role requires a healthcare or IT background, Epic Certification, and strong communication for diverse audiences; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or Associate’s with 2 years of experience, or 3 years of healthcare or IT experience.
• Epic Certification is required (EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Radiant, Cupid, Optime, Anesthesia, Grand Central or other Epic Apps).
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and processes, and experience in implementing and supporting clinical software applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to clinical staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications, including the EHR, CDS, and other clinical software.
• Collaborate with clinical end-users, IT staff, and vendors to identify opportunities for improving clinical workflows and processes using technology.
• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure regulatory requirements and user needs are met.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in testing and validation activities related to Epic upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with clinical applications, and provide timely resolution to minimize impact on patient care.
• Keep up to date with solutions in the Epic System or other clinical applications.
• Work with leaders to implement and align strategic initiatives.
• Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle.
• Participate in rounding in collaboration with clinical and business end users.
