Job summary

Providence is seeking an Epic Applications Subject Matter Expert to design, build, test, and optimize Epic Cadence and Prelude solutions for a large health system. You will independently analyze requests, lead small to mid-size projects, and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions.

You will coordinate testing, deployments, and documentation, while maintaining alignment with organizational standards and Epic Foundation guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience.
• Epic accreditation or certification (must be kept up to date) within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of Industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Epic initiatives, upgrades, and issue resolution for Cadence/Prelude.
• Analyze requests and design solutions for moderately complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements.
• Perform testing, deployments, documentation, and production support.
• Build relationships across Providence IS to deliver technology solutions.
