Northwell Health seeks an Epic IT specialist to implement, maintain, and support Epic EHR applications, focusing on specific modules. You will independently analyze and resolve moderately complex issues, configure and optimize the Epic system, and collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• One to three (1-3) years of relevant experience, required.

Job Description

• 5.Collaborates with various internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT teams, to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions, ensuring Epic application specifications meet business needs, support process design initiatives , and promote effective system utilization.
• 6.Participates in the testing and validation of system upgrades and supports ongoing system optimization efforts.
• 7.Conducts thorough testing of system changes to guarantee seamless integration and minimal disruption to daily operations.
