Job summary

University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Epic Application System Analyst - Revenue to join the Revenue team. You will act as primary support contact for the Epic application, design, build, and test system workflows to meet end-user needs, and provide technical guidance in implementation and operations.

This role partners with clinical and IT teams to optimize revenue cycle processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Epic analyst experience is preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Epic application analyst experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Epic pre-assessment test required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support contact for the Epic application in the Revenue team.
• Designs, builds, and tests the system to meet end user workflow requirements.
• Provides technical guidance and direction in implementation and operation of the system.

General Responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary support contact for their Epic application in the Revenue team.
• Designs, builds, and tests the system to achieve workflow requirements to meet end user needs.
• Provides computer technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of the computer system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or other work related field
• Experience as an Epic application analyst preferred but not required
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment test.
