Job summary

University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Epic Application System Analyst for Revenue to serve as the primary support contact for the Epic Revenue module, designing, building, and testing the system to meet end-user workflow needs.

The role focuses on providing technical expertise, coordinating projects, and guiding implementation and operations within the revenue team; a Bachelor's in IT or related field is required, Epic experience preferred, and a pre-assessment will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is required.
• Experience as an Epic application analyst is preferred but not required.
• Healthcare setting experience is preferred but not required.
• Must pass the Epic pre-assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support contact for the Epic Revenue module.
• Designs, builds, and tests the Epic system to meet end-user workflow needs.
• Provides technical guidance and project management in the implementation and operation of the system.

General Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support contact for their Epic application in the Revenue team.
• Designs, builds, and tests the system to achieve workflow requirements to meet end user needs.
• Provides computer technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of the computer system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other work related field
• Experience as an Epic application analyst preferred but not required
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment test.
