Job summary

University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Epic Application System Analyst - Revenue to support the Epic Revenue application, design and test workflow solutions, and provide technical guidance for implementation and operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Revenue team and ensuring end-user needs are met through system design and testing, with a focus on reliable patient care and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Epic application analyst experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support contact for their Epic application in the Revenue team.
• Designs, builds, and tests the system to achieve workflow requirements to meet end user needs.
• Provides computer technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of the computer system.

• Provides computer technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of the computer system.

• Experience as an Epic application analyst preferred but not required
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment test.
