Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development to lead Epic-related initiatives and drive large IT projects in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure implementations meet quality standards.

The role requires proven management experience, Epic-related certification exposure, and strong collaboration across clinical and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in IT project management.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting Epic solutions with ambulatory workflows.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and validation for large projects.
• Understanding of clinical applications and healthcare IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Epic application development projects and vendor resources.
• Create and fulfill use cases, requirements, technical specs, and scope documents.
• Guide project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with providers, PMs, SMEs, and stakeholders to document requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
