Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Montgomery, AL is seeking an Epic Application Analyst II for Epic PB to configure and support Epic applications for clinical and business users.

The role partners with end users to understand workflows, tests and implements corrective actions, and coordinates activity across the IS organization. Epic certification (EPICCERT) and at least 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 2 Years of Experience.
• Epic Certification (EPICCERT): Must have EPICACRD or EPICCERT.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration and functional/technical help for Epic PB applications to business and clinical users.
• Coordinate testing, actions, and issue resolution across end users and vendors.
• Assist with upgrades, maintenance, and end-user training for Epic PB.
