The Epic Application Analyst (HB/PB) is responsible for the design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Hospital Billing (HB) or Professional Billing (PB) applications. This role partners closely with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, Finance, Clinical Operations, and Information Technology teams to ensure efficient workflows, system functionality, and regulatory compliance.

The analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Epic billing applications and is responsible for maintaining system integrity, driving process improvements, troubleshooting issues, supporting upgrades, and delivering solutions that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Epic Application Support

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic HB or PB modules.
