Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking an Epic Analyst to join the Clinical Information Systems team. The role supports Epic's PB Application and other business applications, configuring, testing, and maintaining software with end-user design and validation input.

The candidate will collaborate with revenue cycle, IT, and clinical leadership; participate in training, testing, and rollout, while providing on-call support and creating dashboards for PB Coding and Charge Capture.

Qualifications

• Experience with physician coding or Epic Resolute Billing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to adapt to and implement change.
• Strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic PB functionality and workflows.
• Analyze workflows, data collection, and report details in Epic systems.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical leadership, IT to identify root causes.
• Submit system requests, track enhancements, and participate in upgrades.
• Develop efficient workflows and implement revenue cycle improvements.
• Prepare analysis for PB Coding leadership and external customers with dashboards.
