Job summary
Hennepin Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst (EpicCare Ambulatory) to join our IS&T Ambulatory team. This full-time role primarily remote, with day shifts.
You will maintain the Epic system and interfaces, support testing during implementations, and collaborate with end users and business partners to drive improvements. The ideal candidate brings Epic certifications, strong problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with electronic health records, Epic.
- AA or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.
- Current Epic Certification (EpicCare Ambulatory).
Responsibilities
- Research to develop, configure, and modify complex Epic break fix solutions.
- Create documentation of build and track progress with SLG process.
- Participate in testing phases during implementations and upgrades.
- Develop relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partners.
- Provide Epic content expert support for integrated applications.
- Identify opportunities for process or system improvements with Epic functionality.
- Provide on-call support as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
