Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst to support the expansion and optimization of Epic Smart Room capabilities. Working within the Ambulatory/IP Smart Room team, you will collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT to design, build, test, and enhance workflows that improve provider and patient experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of Epic Analyst experience with Epic Ambulatory certification and strong MyChart workflow skills.

Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst Smart Room

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst to support the continued expansion and optimization of Epic Smart Room capabilities. This analyst will work within the Ambulatory/IP Smart Room team, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to design, build, test, and enhance functionality that improves both provider and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, build, test, and optimize Epic Smart Room functionality.
• Support integrated workflows across Epic Ambulatory, MyChart, and related clinical applications.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze ambulatory workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support the expansion of Smart Room functionality across multiple facilities.
• Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Create and maintain build documentation, testing plans, workflow documentation, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
