Prominence Advisors seeks an Epic Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Analyst to help healthcare organizations solve complex challenges through strategic process improvement and project leadership. The role emphasizes advising clients, enabling governance, and delivering robust Epic configurations in a remote-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates will hold EpicCare Ambulatory certification with strong knowledge of ambulatory workflows and related Epics, including Kaleidoscope.

Qualifications

• Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred.
• Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred.
• Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred.
• Experience designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic functionality.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
