Job summary

Prominence Advisors is seeking an Epic Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Analyst to join our team of healthcare technology strategy and implementation professionals.

You will drive strategic process improvements, manage complex projects across clinical workflows, and translate clinical needs into practical Epic solutions.

This remote role offers collaboration with clinicians, IT staff, and vendor teams while supporting outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred.
• Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred.
• Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred.
• Ability to translate complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Requirements

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

Professional Skills

• Certifications and Technical Experience
• Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
• Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred
• Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred
• Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred
• Experience designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic functionality
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Ability to translate complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions
