Dashiell, part of Quanta Services, seeks a Supply Chain Specialist - Delivery to manage supplier delivery performance and protect project schedules from Houston, TX. You will track orders, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and lead risk mitigation to maintain EPC milestones.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field or 4+ years of experience, strong ERP skills, and travel to supplier sites as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field; equivalent professional experience of 4+ years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, expediting, or related coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and ERP systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for regular supplier follow-up.
• Occasional driving to supplier or project sites may be necessary.

Mansioni

• Open Order Tracking & Expediting: Track open purchase orders, ensure commitments, submittals, milestones, and on-site dates are current.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Logistics for shipment readiness and delivery to sites or storage locations.
• Supplier Risk & Escalation Management: Assess capacity constraints and risks, lead escalation and recovery plans.
• Provide cross-functional coordination to align supplier execution with project needs and communicate schedule impacts to Project Manager.
• Lead supplier improvement initiatives to increase capacity and reduce lead times.
• Reporting & Data Accuracy: Maintain centralized reporting, monitor performance metrics, and support dashboards and scorecards.
