Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an EPC Project Manager for substations in Raleigh, NC to lead utility infrastructure projects from estimating to closeout. This role offers exposure to high-impact power delivery initiatives and a growing project pipeline in the Southeast.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships, coordinate field operations, and contribute to preconstruction efforts, with a DOE up to $160,000 and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing substation, transmission, distribution, or power delivery projects.
• Estimating or preconstruction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
• Utility, electrical construction, or power infrastructure background.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC substation projects from award through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and client relationships.
• Coordinate field operations, engineering, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts.
• Track project performance and drive successful project delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance throughout project execution.
