Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring a Project Scheduler in Houston, TX to plan, schedule, and report progress for engineering and construction efforts. The role supports both Proposal/Engineering and Construction/Commissioning phases, with potential site visits for out-of-town projects.

A strong background in EPC scheduling and Primavera P6 is required. The position emphasizes coordinating interfaces among client, engineering, and operations teams, maintaining baseline schedules, and producing weekly/monthly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in EPC Project Scheduling.
• Large project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the project time schedule.
• Use the project time schedule to drive the execution and timely completion of the project.
• Work in accordance with Air Liquide scheduling procedures and requirements.
• Assist leadership with implementation of project controls strategy.
• Contribute actively to the knowledge exchange within the Scheduling Team.
• Read the contract to understand project scope, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Utilize existing templates and reference projects for baseline progress schedule.
• Update schedule with actual project status and forecast.
• Analyze critical path, variances, and resource allocation.
• Prepare schedules for construction and commissioning phases.
