Ampirical is seeking a Project Scheduler in Covington, LA, to develop, maintain, and communicate resource-loaded schedules across diverse projects. You will contribute to proposals and system process development to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of EPC scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills, and PMI scheduling credentials preferred. A commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of planning/scheduling for EPC projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; PMI Scheduling Professional certifications preferred.
• Utility/energy sector experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules to optimize time and cost.
• Prepare baseline schedules for approval and maintain regular updates.
• Monitor critical path, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure constructability and integrity.
• Lead scheduling meetings and document lessons learned for future efficiency.
