LeoForce, based in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an experienced senior project manager to lead engineering design projects across civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation domains. You will report to the Operations Leader, build client relationships, drive project success, and ensure on-time delivery with cost oversight.

• PMP certification preferred.

• Lead Projects: Take charge from start to finish, ensuring every detail is covered.
• Define Vision: Shape and document the engineering scope with clarity.
• Oversee Deliverables: Ensure every project aspect is delivered on time.
• Coordinate Resources: Secure everything the team needs, from drawings to site visits.
• Exceed Expectations: Guarantee client satisfaction and project success.

• Adapt and Communicate: Quickly adjust to changes and keep everyone informed.
• Solve Problems: Address and resolve client issues promptly.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills


• Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus


• PMP certification is preferred
