Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering design projects in a hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH. You will collaborate with civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation teams, reporting to the Operations Leader, and drive projects from initiation to closure while managing budgets and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has a track record in engineering project delivery, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar project management experience.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects.
• Knowledge of engineering processes.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.
