Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Project Manager- EPC for our Houston Energy Corridor office. You will lead the integrated delivery of large gas processing and midstream EPC projects from development to turnover, directing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, HSE, cost and schedule.

Travel to project sites is required. The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in managing complex EPC executions with a focus on safety and client

Qualifications

  • Seven+ years in delivering large industrial EPC projects.
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own safe, profitable, timely, and high-quality EPC project delivery.
  • Establish execution plans, staffing, procurement, cost controls, and master schedule.
  • Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, HSE and commercial functions.
  • Maintain owner relationships and communicate project status, risks, and commercial matters.
  • Lead governance meetings, reviews, and executive updates.
  • Manage turnover, closeout, and lessons learned.
