Jobot in Indiana is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead complex utility construction projects from proposal through execution. You will ensure proper scoping, technical integrity, and delivery within schedule and budget, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project management within electrical utilities, with substations or transmission experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with electrical utility contractors or substations/transmission.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring proper scope, technical soundness, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners; oversee equipment sourcing and procurement.
• Support planning for mobilization and field execution; review EPC proposals and perform due diligence; align with Operations, Estimating and Risk Management across all phases.
