Victaulic in Houston seeks a dynamic Sales Operations Project Execution Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for EPC accounts. You will coordinate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to align scope, schedules, and resources while driving data-driven improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or sales operations, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, PM, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or related leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple (~5) projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to project sites and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from demand planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Provide executive updates and cross-functional briefings on program status.
