Job summary

Anaergia seeks an EPC Project Manager in California to lead engineering, procurement, and construction efforts for municipal and industrial projects. You will guide cross‑functional teams through planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to deliver on time, within budget, and to contractual quality.

This role requires 10+ years in EPC or heavy industrial projects, strong leadership, subcontractor management, and experience with project controls and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years managing EPC or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Strong contract, commercial, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management experience.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Read, interpret, and administer contracts to ensure compliance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change control, and gross profit objectives.
• Develop and maintain risk registers with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide leadership during construction, resolve issues, and support safe execution.
• Maintain regular project status reports to customers and leadership.
• Lead project review meetings and assist in contract closeout.
