Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Controls, or Project Support role within an EPC environment.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction workflows.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent).
• Experience supporting large scale capital or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to EPC contract structures and project delivery models.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing, procurement lead times, and engineering deliverables.
• Experience working with cross functional and field based teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules based on input from engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate schedule updates and ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Assist with schedule analysis, identifying potential delays, conflicts, or risks.
• Coordinate activities between engineering design teams, procurement and supply chain partners, and construction and field execution teams.
• Track engineering deliverables, procurement status, material readiness, and construction activities.
• Prepare regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards.
