Job summary

Experitec, Lenexa, KS onsite, seeks an EPC Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end project execution from purchase order receipt through closeout. You will coordinate with customers, factories, and cross‑functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant deliverables and maintain accurate documentation in IFS, DocBoss, and SharePoint.

The role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while interfacing with customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Two or more years of relevant project coordination experience.
• One+ year of customer-facing or customer service experience.
• Experience with order procurement or document control.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EPC project execution from PO receipt through closeout and delivery.
• Review POs, establish projects in business systems (IFS, DocBoss, SharePoint).
• Schedule and facilitate customer kickoff and progress meetings.
• Serve as primary contact between Experitec, Emerson, factories, and customers.
