Job summary

Parsons is seeking an EPC Process Engineer to support complex industrial and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on delivering high-quality process design, coordinating across disciplines, and driving execution from concept through detailed design.

The candidate will lead development of PFDs, P&IDs, and heat and material balances, perform process modeling, and support feasibility studies while interfacing with multiple teams and vendors to ensure optimal design direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of engineering experience.
  • Strong experience developing and reviewing core process design deliverables.
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines in a project environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or regulated environments
  • Extensive experience around EPC Process Engineering
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS)
  • Experience supporting feasibility studies and design engineering
  • PE license or working toward licensure
  • Experience with brownfield facility upgrades or expansions

Salary Range:

$88,400.00 - $154,700.00
