Job summary

ESI Inc. of Tennessee in Kennesaw, GA seeks a Project Manager to lead engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of steam and power plants. Requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years in EPC project delivery, with CHP experience preferred.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, cost control, scheduling, and coordinating site activities with safety, quality, and constructability in mind. Travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years of EPC project delivery experience.
• Experience in Steam & Power generation projects, CHP/5–50MW advantageous.
• Professional licenses such as PE and PMP are a plus.
• Familiarity with InEight software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop project execution plans and risk matrices.
• Monitor project schedules and costs through controls team.
• Ensure contract compliance, quality, and constructability.
• Lead procurement of equipment and subcontractor management.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and travel as needed.
