Job summary

Rwdy, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to manage EPC contractor logistics and materials, acting as the interface between the Logistics Manager/Lead and contractor teams.

You will coordinate shipments, handle inquiries, and input orders while supporting project deliverables. The role requires an engineering/technical background, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel domestically and overseas.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics planning and execution for EPC projects.
• Construction safety and procurement exposure.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Construction Management or similar technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain internal and external shipments.
• Field calls and emails, respond promptly to inquiries.
• Enter orders into the computer system from verbal, fax, or email.
• Attend planning meetings with high-level customers.
• Coordinate with EPC teams to support logistics and materials management.
