Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead construction activities across our EPC portfolio in Illinois. You will guide site leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and in alignment with engineering, procurement, and project management.

You will ensure compliance with building codes and support large field project coordination. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in field roles, including 10 years as a project superintendent, with EPC experience and strong team

• Proven experience leading a team for an EPC company
• Must be able to lead and manage teams effectively
