- Provide direction and management for every phase of heavy industrial construction projects
- Ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations
- Plan and define project goals and devise methods to accomplish them
- Develop in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions
- Act as company representative with clients and selected suppliers
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients
- Assist business development in understanding client issues and business plans
- Establish project requirements and monitor adherence to criteria
- Promote technical excellence and adherence to the Quality Improvement Process
- Develop and oversee execution, health and safety, quality assurance/quality control, and other plans
- Mobilize company resources and create effective project teams
- Develop budgets, schedules, and plans with construction managers and project engineers
- Execute action plans to address cost overruns, delays, or scope changes

Requirements
- Typically requires a BS/BA degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field, or equivalent 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- 10 to 12 years of related work experience required
- Supervisory and hands‑on management experience with EPC, oil and gas large‑scale projects required
- Significant industrial project experience and successful project management experience
- Ability to manage a program or project of up to $200 million in total cost
- Travel may be required to various offices or project sites
- Data center experience is a plus but not required
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk the property and laydown yards
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
