Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent, field-based role in Alabama.
You will oversee construction subcontracts across foundations, structural steel, piping and electrical, coordinating with project management, legal and finance to ensure delivery on scope, schedule and budget. Must have at least five years in industrial construction contract management within an EPC environment; a relevant bachelor's degree; and strong negotiation and Microsoft Office
Qualificações
- Experience managing industrial construction contracts in EPC environments.
- Minimum five years contract management experience.
- Experience with subcontracts across foundations, structural steel erection, piping and electrical.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Responsabilidades
- Draft, review and negotiate construction subcontracts.
- Monitor contractor compliance with scope, schedule and budget.
- Manage amendments, changes, claims and disputes.
- Report on contractual risks and maintain records.
- Oversee contract closeout.
