Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Construction QA/QC Manager to join our EPC team. The role oversees quality assurance across design through turnover, coordinating internal inspectors and subcontractor QA/QC efforts.

The successful candidate will review engineering drawings, develop ITPs, and manage third-party inspection activities to ensure compliance with design and contract documents. Strong leadership and knowledge of codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline.
• Associate’s degree or technical diploma with significant field experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project QA/QC function, overseeing inspectors and third-party personnel.
• Review drawings and specs in design phase to identify constructability and QC requirements.
• Develop ITPs and coordinate third-party inspections to align with schedule.
• Manage relationships with third-party inspection agencies and confirm their scope.
• Perform daily site walks to identify risks and document findings.
