Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support EPC and construction management projects across aviation, commercial building, power, oil & gas, and more. You will assist with safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and procurement.

The role covers bid and contract administration, field turnover, progress tracking, reporting, and helping implement project plans. Full-time onsite in Minneapolis/St Paul area with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field required.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to use scheduling/cost-control software.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, and documentation.
• Assist with project setup, permits, RFP package development, bid/selection, and scope of work documents.
• Support project controls, cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, and progress tracking.
• Prepare internal/external reports and participate in risk and project review meetings.
