First Roles in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support EPC projects across aviation, commercial, energy and process sectors. You will assist safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover and client interface while enabling field activities to execute complex programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, strong MS Office skills, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field required.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
• Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to meet company's driving requirements.

• Adhere to safety programs and assist others with compliance.
• Assist the Project team in building client relationships while interfacing for proposals and project items.
• Assist the Project Management team execute prime contracts, downstream contracts, and change orders.
• Assist with developing and implementing the Project Execution Plan, QA Plan, Safety & Health plan, Subcontracting Plan, and Procurement Plan.
• Assist with jobsite setup activities, including mobilization and demobilization.
• Coordinate potential bidders' supplier/subcontractor registration and pre-qualification.
• Assist with RFP package development, bid/selection, and scope of work documents for downstream contracts.
• Assist with contract administration including RFIs, submittals, change management, and claims mitigation.
• Support project controls efforts, including cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, and field progress tracking.
• Participate in risk reviews and record meeting minutes.
