Job summary

Eetdbuyersguide is seeking a Commercial Strategic Procurement Manager (CSPM) to lead commercial execution for major capital projects. The role requires deep EPC experience, OEM engagement, and proven capability delivering large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

The CSPM will partner with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and suppliers to align strategy with schedules, manage risks, and ensure contract compliance throughout execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 8+ years in Strategic Procurement, Category Management, or Project Management.
• In lieu of degree, CPM/CPSM plus 12 years of relevant experience; or Associate's with CPM/CPSM plus 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial execution for Generation and Transmission projects.
• Manage supplier performance and material readiness to align with schedules.
• Identify and manage commercial and supply risks with risk registers.
• Coordinate with Technical Project Managers and cross-functional teams in matrixed environment.
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms, pricing protections, LDs, and changes.
• Act as primary commercial interface with suppliers for clear communication.
• Provide data-driven insights via supplier scorecards, dashboards and reports.
• Strengthen SRM with market intelligence to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
