Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced EPM Team Lead (8+ years) with deep Oracle EPBCS expertise to drive end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives. You will lead design, implementation, and support, providing technical and functional leadership across the EPBCS stack and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor the team, oversee data integration with ERP and G/L, and ensure best practices, quality, and timely delivery

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM with EPBCS
Proven experience leading end-to-end EPBCS projects
Hands-on with Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce, Capital, and Financial Planning modules

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and support of EPBCS solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
Provide technical leadership in application design, configuration, business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports.
Oversee data integration with ERP and G/L using Oracle EPM tools.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and support knowledge sharing.
Lead testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
