Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by cleaning and performing general upkeep.
• Assist with cost-cutting measures by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Document maintenance work accurately and in a timely manner.
