Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified to join our team in Morrisville, NC. This full-time position offers a stable schedule and competitive pay with strong benefits.

You will complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assist with turns, troubleshoot HVAC/electrical/plumbing, and help maintain common areas. EPA Type II or Universal certification is required, along with 3 years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team member

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
