Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician with EPA certification to join our on-site team at one of our Charlotte-area communities. The role involves completing work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assisting with turns, and performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with rotating emergency on-call. We offer competitive pay, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, and bonus opportunities based on

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain overall appearance of the community including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
