Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry items to keep the property operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on troubleshooting, repair and installation of HVAC systems.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
