Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive pay and solid benefits.

You will perform hands-on maintenance, turn apartments, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry items, and help maintain grounds and amenities. A strong customer service mindset and the ability to work both independently and with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
