Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified to join our team at Bexley Village at Concord Mills in Concord, NC. This full-time role offers on-site work with a rotating on-call schedule and competitive pay plus comprehensive benefits.

The position involves completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to ensure the community remains safe and inviting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
