You will perform preventative and responsive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry, with on‑site duties in our residential properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Hands‑on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make‑readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
