Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry. A 40‑hour, Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call rotation is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule

• Full‑time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on‑call schedule with the team

What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make‑readies

• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
