Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance tech experience including HVAC
• 1 year of healthcare HVAC/BAS controls experience or BAS program graduate
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid state driver's license and adherence to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Ensure the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment.
• Work with electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, BAS controls, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, water treatment, air handlers, VAVs, walk-in coolers/freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boilers.
