Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• EP experience: two years or competency in EP lab procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and adjust nursing care as needed.
• Obtain nursing histories and develop individualized care plans with documentation.
• Complete rounds, review shift reports, and monitor patient conditions.
• Notify physicians for unusual events and coordinate with the care team.
• Assist physicians with EP procedures and manage related equipment.
• Coordinate EP area staffing and supplies with lab leadership.
• Incorporate safety and infection control into daily practice.
